Türkiye has its own place in the history of Para taekwondo having hosted the World Championships in Antalya in 2019 and the hosts of the 2025 European Para Youth Games are the winners of seven Paralympic medals so far.
Para taekwondoin from Great Britain, Azerbaijan and Denmark have also taken early places in the top 10 of the all-time medals table for the sport since 2020.
